Do Take Note Our Term & Conditions :-
1. all items are not exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygenic reason.please check size before confirm your order.

2. we are not responsible for any lost or damaged during delivery.
3. we will email you detail of transaction including account numbers in case of payment by BANK DEPOSIT only.
4. invoice valid within 24 hours from the date of issue. If we do not receive any payment within 24 hours, we assume you cancel this transaction and your order status will change to CANCEL.Also if no deposit received for booking in 24 hours,we will cancel your booking.pls take note,booking via mail/sms/fb are not valid until we received the deposit.
5. all order base on first pay basis.for booking,kindly privately email to me and RM10 is needed for reservation.
6. booking period only for 1 month, if no response from you till the date, we will let go the item to another serious buyer.
7. order will be delivered next working day upon of FULL PAYMENT received with condition your payment must be made between 8am-8pm daily on the order date.else,your order will send on order date + 1 day late.

order date : 1/1/11 2pm
payment : 2.01pm-8pm 1/1/11
delivery date : 2/1/11
order date : 1/1/11 2pm
payment : 8pm-1159pm 1/1/11 or 12am-8pm 2/1/11
delivery date : 3/1/11
8. all price are FIXED and not included pos laju.
9. NO MEET UP and NO CASH ON DELIVERY.
10. All items are NEW and FIRST HAND item, we did not sell reused or bundle product.
11. ALL delivery by POS LAJU MALAYSIA every Monday to Thursday only.Please note that, no delivery on Friday or Saturday due to my pick schedule.
12. We shipped to ASEAN country only.if you are from others country,we suggested to contact our support for any inquiry espeacially on delivery charges. you may contact us using 'contact us' page or email butikcikya@yahoo.com

For Wholesale: min order quantity is 25 pieces mix design and size (plus size + free size) OR 15 pieces for PLUS size design only OR 15 pieces for FREE size only.kindly email or message me for more details.
For Reseller : we also offered reseller package with min modal for you to start your business.Low modal + NO stock in hands!! Email me for details.
