Shipping & Status

1. order will be delivered next working day upon of FULL PAYMENT received with condition your payment must be made between 8am-8pm daily.**see not below**

example 1: payment on 22/3/2010 time 8am-8pm,delivery date 23/3/2010
example 2: payment on 22/3/2010 time 8.01pm-1159pm and 23/3/2010 1200 am-8pm,delivery date 24/4/2010.

2. all price are FIXED and not included pos laju.postage charges are based on weight per order.

3. NO MEET UP and NO CASH ON DELIVERY.

4.delivery by POS LAJU MALAYSIA every Monday to Thursday ONLY.Friday & Saturday depends on my time as no pickup for these days.

5. If no delivery on certain date,we will inform 1-2 weeks earlier in website.

Note :- We sometimes having problem with Pos Malaysia pickup service.Due to the reason,pls allowed 4 working days for all delivery.

Refer Status of Your Order:
Awaiting Fullfillment : Your payment thru our patment gateway already successfull.
Awaiting Payment :- We waiting for you to complete your payment.
Awaiting Shipment :- We received your payment and processed your order.
Awaiting Pickup :- Your package is ready to send out and waiting for pos laju pickup to collect.
Shipped :- Your item already pickup and send out for delivery.
Completed :- We will change the status once we check with pos/ received your email that you already received the package.
Cancelled :- Due to no payment received after 24hours (max 3 days)
Declined :- Payment rejected by our payment gateway service.
